There are two (2) status reports available in the platform, one that may be run directly from within the Project and another in Insights. At the end of the weekly tracking, we should review the reports and confirm that the project status is accurate and complete then verify each of the reports that you and your stakeholders are using.
To view and verify the project status report:
Review and verify the Altus status report
- Select Run Report from the command bar.
- Select the appropriate style of status report from the list.
- Review the project status report and validate that the status report delivers the appropriate message to the project stakeholders.
Tip: If changes are needed, return to Projects and/or Project for the web to ensure that the status report is accurate and consistent with the project’s status.
Review and verify the Insights status report
- From Project Insights > All Projects report > right mouse click on the current project, click Drill through, and then select Project Status.
- Review the three pages namely Overview, Details, and Tracking and validate that the status report delivers the appropriate message to the project stakeholders.
Tip: If changes are needed, return to the Project to ensure that the status report is accurate and consistent with the project’s status.
