While you can create new issues at any time as a team member, it is important that you review and update all the issues assigned to you on a regular basis to ensure that they are resolved and closed as quickly as possible.

To identify and update current issues assigned to you:

  1. Ensure you are in the Work area, select Insights, and ensure you are on the Issues page.

  2. Review the issues on the report, with a focus on the Red ones as these are already late, or currently due.

  3. Click on the link button to open the issue details.

  4. Update any field, as required.

  5. Click Save & Close.
