All documents that are used in the delivery or produced by the project should be stored in a single collaborative environment to ensure that every team member is able to quickly find the right version of documents.


To maintain project documents:

Upload new documents

  1. Ensure you have the appropriate project open in Projects.

  2. Click the Documents tab.

  3. Click +Upload.

  4. Browse and select the new document to be added to the project repository.

  5. Alternatively, you can click on Open in SharePoint to edit the document in native SharePoint.  


    Tip: This gives you more document management functionality, including working with folders and creating new documents from scratch.

View or update existing documents

  1. Ensure you have the appropriate project open in Projects.

  2. Click the Documents tab.

  3. Click on the appropriate document/tile to open it.

  4. Alternatively, you can click on Open in SharePoint to edit the document in native SharePoint. 


    Tip: This gives you more document management functionality, including working with folders and creating new documents from scratch.
