While you can create new decisions at any time as a team member, it is important that you review and update all the decisions assigned to you on a regular basis to ensure that the decision is made as quickly as possible.

To identify and update current decisions assigned to you:

  1. Ensure you are in the Work area, select Insights, and ensure you are on the Decisions page.

  2. Review the decisions on the report, with a focus on the Red ones as these are already late, or currently due.

  3. Click on the link button to open the decision details.

  4. Update any field, as required.

  5. Click Save & Close.
